The website www.waash.in and/or mobile app (“Platform”) is owned and operated by Cygnus Technologies Private Limited and its subsidiaries waash (collectively “waash” or “we” or “us” as the context requires) governing your use of waash software, services and or products. The transmission of the details and Information over the mobile app and website shall solely at your own risk.

  • To update or modify your Data - You can write to support@waash.in and request us update or modify the information you feel is inaccurate or requires changes.
  • Right to be forgotten - We at waash collect and store the data for a reasonable time, as may be required by Law. You will always have right to access your details and also ask to modify or delete your data.
  • Breach Notification: we shall notify you and Data protection authority or emergency authority if there is any breach in data protection without any delay.
